MEDICAL GYMNASTICS

Medical gymnastics is a controlled and targeted set of exercises for group and individual participants that leads a senior physiotherapist in a specially equipped hall. Smaller groups are thematically separated (eg. exercises for scoliosis, kyphosis and osteoporosis, etc.). Medical hall, besides standard equipment, has small mats on which customized balance exercises are performed with weight transfer and coordination exercises as well.
This particular set of exercises is suitable for patient rehabilitation after ICV and other balance disorders.
In the medical gymnastics program there are special exercises when dealing with neurological damage, kinesiotherapy of orthopedic patients, program for seniors and elderly, corrective gymnastics (correcting spine deformities and bad posture), and kinesiotherapy of surgical and rheumatology patients.
